We’re delighted to offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $150 (before tax) throughout Canada. Our team aims to process orders within 2 business days to ensure a prompt dispatch. While shipping times may vary depending on your destination and the shipping method selected, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. Typically, you can expect to receive your shipment within 3-5 business days. We appreciate your patience and are dedicated to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience from start to finish.

refund & exchange

Our aim is to ensure your experience is as seamless as possible. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. To facilitate this process, please return products in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at returns@printscustom.ca. Include in your email the reason for the return or exchange, details of the item you’re returning, and your order number. We’re here to help and will assist you promptly to resolve any issues.

warranty

**We offer a 5-year warranty on all our products that are installed by one of our team members using our supplied material. We offer a 1-year installation warranty for installation only when using customer-supplied wrap, decal, and sticker material. Customer-supplied materials must go through their original supplier’s warranty policy, and the customer will be responsible for all warranty claims.**

We offer to repair or replace, at our discretion, any product that is found to be defective under normal use and conditions, at no cost to you. However, this warranty does not cover labor costs for diagnosing defects, removing or reinstalling the product, or any additional expenses. To make a warranty claim, please contact us at Prints Custom with a dated purchase receipt or other proof of purchase within the warranty period.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper application, installation, or unauthorized service or parts. As allowed by law, this warranty is your exclusive remedy for issues with the covered products. Prints Custom and its affiliates are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of time, inconvenience, or commercial losses.

This warranty replaces all other express warranties. Any implied warranties, such as those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this express warranty. No changes to this warranty are valid unless made in writing by an authorized representative of Prints Custom. Some jurisdictions may not permit limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so these restrictions may not apply to you. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by location.
